Refund Policy

We want LimAI to feel like a fair deal. Here’s our policy on refunds.

7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase

If you’re a first-time paid customer and aren’t satisfied with LimAI within 7 days of your initial subscription charge, email hello@limai.app and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Annual subscription refunds

Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period.

Monthly subscriptions (after first month)

Monthly renewals after your first paid month are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal — access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Overage charges

Per-build overage charges (if your plan has them) are non-refundable. We display usage in your sidebar so you can monitor consumption in real time. If you believe an overage charge resulted from a bug on our side, email us within 30 days and we’ll investigate.

Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact hello@limai.app. We resolve almost every billing concern within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.

How to request a refund

Email hello@limai.app from the address on your account with:

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe’s timeline applies; we don’t control how quickly your bank releases the funds.

Exceptions

Spirit of the policy: if you’re unhappy with LimAI, talk to us. We’d rather refund you and fix what went wrong than have you walk away frustrated.
