Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LimAI (“LimAI”, “we”, “our”), an AI-powered mobile app generator. By creating an account or using LimAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LimAI. If you are using LimAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@limai.app of any unauthorized access immediately.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Max) renew monthly or annually until cancelled.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved.
• You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use LimAI to:

• Generate content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Build apps that violate applicable laws (including but not limited to fraud, gambling without licence, child sexual abuse material, or weapons-of-mass-destruction information).
• Submit malicious code, attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure, or evade rate limits.
• Resell access to LimAI’s underlying AI models or scrape generated content at scale.
• Use the service in violation of the Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy or Stripe’s Restricted Businesses list.

5. Generated content and ownership

You retain ownership of the apps, code, and content you generate with LimAI (“Your Generations”). You grant LimAI a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process Your Generations solely as needed to provide the service.

AI-generated code may resemble third-party code or contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring Your Generations are suitable for your use case and compliant with applicable licences.

6. AI usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly build allowance. Overage builds are billed at the rate disclosed on your pricing page. We reserve the right to enforce fair-use limits to prevent abuse, including temporary rate limiting or account suspension for atypical usage patterns.

7. Third-party services

LimAI integrates with third-party APIs (Anthropic, Stripe, Expo, GitHub, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or content originating from third parties.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for non-payment, with reasonable notice where practical. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page; deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.

9. Disclaimers

LimAI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimAI’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of LimAI after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LimAI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
