LimAI charges per month, not per token. Each plan includes a monthly bucket of build credits — one credit per Claude response. The auto-router picks the cheapest model that can handle your prompt, so you get more out of every credit.

Auto-router
Free/Starter/Pro let LimAI pick the model. The router's rules are simple: Ask mode = Haiku. Plan mode on Pro = Opus. After ~8 turns in Agent mode the router downshifts to Haiku for small iterations. This is what lets us offer Opus on Pro without eating margin.
Overages
Run out mid-month? Starter and Pro overage at $0.30 per build, Max at $0.25. Free has a hard cap — upgrade to keep going.
